Submitting Bug Reports

Firstly, thanks for using Meld! Your feedback is highly appreciated and with your help we can make Meld even better! If you've encountered a bug, we genuinely want to hear from you about it. 

Please provide the answers to the following questions when you reporting a bug, or email us at support@madewithmeld.com

1.) DEVICE MAKE & MODEL:
What exact device are you working on?

2.) OS VERSION:
What software version is your device running?

3.) BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
Are you able to describe the issue in just a few words?

4.) LONG DESCRIPTION:
It would be great if you can elaborate and describe the issue more detail?

5.) STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Can you outline the steps you did so we can try reproduce the bug?
   i.)

   iii.)
   iv.)
etc.

6.) ACTUAL RESULTS:
What happens when you performed the steps (outlined above)?

7.) EXPECTED RESULTS:
What did you expected to happen when you performed the steps (outlined above)?

8.) ANY OTHER DETAILS:
Is there anything else you can tell us about the bug that may help?
